I am so grateful you are here. For the past 10+ years I have dedicated my life to the practices of yoga and philosophy through my personal practice and teaching, and your support means so much.
I created this site as an offering to folks who had practiced with me, and those who were curious about yoga. Originally it was intended as a membership weekly and monthly content. Now it is a repository for practices that empower, encourage, and liberate. There are options for every level of experience, but the categories are not strict or limiting. I encourage you to be curious about exploring where you find yourself every time you show up to practice. Try things, and see what happens!
- You will find sections for classes (physical practice/asana), pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), meditations, yoga nidra (deep healing relaxation), and more.
- The practices are meant as a guide to help you recognize what works for you, and what does not. There are as many ways to do practice as there are people that exist. There is no formula for enlightenment, peace, or liberation.
- If you have questions about your practice or how to apply these tools in your everyday life, you can attend a LIVE Ask Aqeel session or watch the recording after.
I know how hard it can be to prioritize practice, or understand what works and what doesn't. I am happy to hear from you, and willing to answer any questions that I can reasonably answer.
